Meet Danny Vasquez
I grew up in Port St. Lucie watching my grandfather work on his Airstream every weekend. By 14, I was helping him replace the water pump and rewire the shore power connection. It wasn't glamorous work, but I loved solving problems with my hands. After high school, I worked at a marine electronics shop in Fort Pierce for four years, then spent five years at an RV dealership service center in Stuart.
The dealership taught me a lot about RV systems, but it also showed me everything wrong with the traditional shop model. Customers would drop off their rig and not see it for two to four weeks. Half the time they'd get a bill with line items they didn't expect. I knew there was a better way.
In 2013, I bought a Ford E-350 service van, loaded it with tools, and started Treasure Coast RV Repair. The pitch was simple: I drive to you, I diagnose it on the spot, I tell you exactly what it costs, and I fix it that day. No drop-offs, no waiting lists, no surprises.
Where We Are Now
Thirteen years later, we've completed over 4,100 repairs across St. Lucie, Martin, and Indian River counties. We're rated 4.9 stars across 267 reviews. I hold current RVIA certification and every repair follows NEC Article 551 and NFPA 1192 standards.
We've grown from the original 8 service categories to 11, adding RV inspections, exterior and body work, and water damage restoration because we saw the demand. The Treasure Coast has a massive RV community, from snowbirds spending winter in Vero Beach to full-timers at Savannas Recreation Area, and they all need a technician they can trust.
What We Work On (and What We Don't)
We handle everything inside and outside the living space of your RV: electrical, plumbing, AC and cooling, solar, roof and seal repair, slideouts and leveling, appliances, generator maintenance, inspections, exterior and body work, and water damage restoration. That's 11 categories with over 100 specific repair types.
What we don't do: engine work, transmission, chassis, drivetrain, or towing. We also don't rebuild generators. We handle generator maintenance (oil, filters, plugs, fuel system, load testing), but for internal mechanical failures, we'll refer you to a specialist.
