Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by Treasure Coast RV Repair LLC.

Service Appointments

We provide mobile RV repair within our service area (approximately 40-mile radius from Port St. Lucie). Appointments are based on availability. We make every effort to arrive on time but can't guarantee exact arrival due to the nature of mobile service.

Estimates & Pricing

Phone estimates are approximate. On-site, we provide an exact price before starting work. You must approve the price before we begin. If additional issues are found, we inform you and get approval before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.

Warranty

Labor is warranted for 90 days. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and pass through to you. Warranty doesn't cover misuse, modifications by others, or normal wear.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of service performed. We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions or consequential damages. We carry general liability insurance.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.

Scope

We service RV living-space systems. We don't do engine, transmission, chassis, or drivetrain work. Generator service is maintenance only (no rebuilds).

Disputes

Contact us at 772-677-1583 and we'll work to resolve any issue. Unresolved disputes are subject to mediation in St. Lucie County, Florida.
